چکیده
Objective Optimum recovery can prevent the athlete's functional capacity from falling between training sessions or competitions. The aim of this study was to evaluate effect dry cupping therapy and creatine supplementation on lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase plasma kinase following Wingate anaerobic test in male handball players. Methods In quasi-experimental study, 12 young players 4 stages with different interventions. Including groups: control, cupping, were tested laboratory Qazvin International University. After obtaining written informed consent, all groups, blood pressure heart rate body composition measured before after test. then performed two 30-second a 1-minute break performances. Blood sampling control group creatine, conditions same as groups. Data analyzed using SPSS v. 27 software help analysis covariance Results average (165.12±24.81) + has significant decrease compared (110.12±62.81) (P=0.004). mean (352.10±10.46), (348.10±17.46), (369.10±33.48) (356.10±06.46) groups have no difference (P>0.005). Conclusion It seems that along Dry positive effects speeding up by reducing kinase. However, there activity.

some evidence indicates that caffeine consumption before exercise may affect muscular damage. the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of caffeine consumption (6mg/kg) following a session of resistance exercise on creatine kinase (ck) and lactate dehydrogenase (ldh) in active men. 20 male physical education students (age 21.22±1.25 years, height 175.13±6.88 cm, weight 69.22±7.10 kg ...
متن کاملLactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, and their isoenzymes in pleural effusions.
Lactate dehydrogenase (LD; EC 1.1.1.27) and creatine kinase (CK; EC 2.7.3.2) are widely distributed cytoplasmic enzymes. LD has five and CK has three isoenzymes distributed in different proportions in various tissues. The amounts of LD and CK and the distribution of isoenzymes in different body fluids are not thoroughly characterized. We have measured the total LD and CK concentrations and thei...
